Career Ascent Academy was founded in 2018 by Eleanor Ainsworth, a seasoned career coach with over 15 years of experience in the Australian job market. Eleanor observed a significant gap between the skills and potential of job seekers and their ability to effectively present themselves during interviews. Driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their career aspirations, she established Career Ascent Academy to provide targeted, practical, and personalized interview preparation services.
Initially, the academy operated from a small office in Sydney's CBD, offering one-on-one coaching sessions and resume writing workshops. As demand grew, the academy expanded its services to include online courses, mock interviews, and group training programs. In 2020, Career Ascent Academy launched its comprehensive online platform, making its resources accessible to job seekers across Australia. The platform features a wealth of resources, including video tutorials, downloadable templates, and interactive exercises.
